Beat the heat with Mango Tea Popsicles

Mango Tea Pospsicles

 

Summer is here! With mangoes being in season and the heat shining bright above our heads, tea-infused mango popsicles are the most refreshing way to beat the heat. This recipe is sure to win everyone's hearts.
 Ingredients:

  • Your favorite tea 
  • Water
  • Sweeteners (to taste)
  • Popsicle mold
  • Mango puree
  • mango chunks
  • lemon (optional)
 Instructions:
Brew the Tea:
 Hot or Cold Brew: You can use either method to brew your tea. Remember to make it twice as strong as you normally would. 
If hot-brewing, steep it for twice as long or use twice the amount of tea. 
For cold brewing, let it steep overnight for bright and refreshing flavors.
Mix everything :
Now remove your tea in a pan, add the mango puree, squeeze some lemon juice, and add additional sweeteners. Adding sweeteners is completely optional as mango pulp will come with its sweetness.
Preparation:
Remove your popsicle molds and add some mango chunks at the bottom of the mold. Once that is done, pour the above-prepared mixture of tea infused with mango.
You can alternate layers of tea and other ingredients by freezing them in turns.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid.
Enjoy!
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and savor your homemade mango tea popsicles on a sunny day! 🍵❄️
